Work life balance can be difficult. Our faith can get lost in the shuffle. Nativity small groups helped me stay in balance. I lead a team of motivated professionals, some who are just starting families while others are preparing to send children off to college. We talk often of the difficulties they face. My wife and I have navigated through those stages and understand the many challenges. I don’t pretend to know all the answers, but I’d love to facilitate discussions in which men can be open and support each other, strengthen their faith, and strive to become the best version of themselves.
